Due to the nature of our wellness, beauty, and personal care items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jungledermbw.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item(s).

If you need to size up in any of our sauna apparel, we are happy to offer a one-time 50% off discount toward your next purchase of the correct size. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery  to claim this offer.
